TS Edouard in NW GOM

For the record and because it is so close to land as well as energy infrastructure, I’m starting this new topic for newly formed TD #5, located in the NW GOM. It is progged to become a TS and landfall near the TX/LA border tomorrow as a lower end TS.

YW. Latest from NHC has it land falling at a higher grade TS, 50 knots instead of 40 knots. It’s still a TD but on the verge of TS status.
