No doubt this is what's clobbering front month beans, while corn is having a nice weather scare rally.

U.S. #corn export inspections continue to hang at okay levels considering expectations, though #soybeans were light last week. About 3 corn cargoes to #China last week, no soy. #Wheat inspections in the first 8 days of 2023/24 were 50% lower than last year.

#Brazil as of Thursday had harvested 2.2% of its second #corn crop, behind the year-ago 6.6%. The second corn crop, known as safrinha, provides most of Brazil's exportable supplies. The 2023 harvest should be record large.

Final ruling on U.S. biofuel blending mandates for 2023-2025 was expected Wednesday, but looks like that might happen next week instead.
