I would give him a D- at home and an F- for foreign policy(mainly because he CAUSED a Russia-China-North Korea-Iran alliance to strengthen). 

Doing the complete opposite of everything that he's done would get him closer to that A+ rating his puppet claims for the Biden grade for his performance.

No war in Ukraine. No crisis at the southern border. No war against reliable, planet greening fossil fuels. Less inflation.
