Outside of the fact that this guy makes a good point about media bias, it's ironic that his case and position are based on ignoring ALL the overwhelming AUTHENTIC evidence from those sources too.

He wants people to NOT believe the Mt. Everest amount (10+ times more than needed to convict Trump) about Trump breaking laws and violating the Constitution and inspiring the Insurrection with his diabolical schemes. 

If this guy wants to be taken seriously, other than by people in the Trump cult(that only believe him because he tells them what they want to hear), he would have to start by stopping the huge lies he's telling about what his client did. 

Claiming that President Trump was not responsible for inciting the insurrection or guilty of the charges against him is completely delusional and/or denying ALL the authentic evidence/facts.

The thing that makes this so patently absurd is that it's not even debatable about what Trump did, being in violation of the Constitution and being ENTIRELY responsible for the Insurrection. 

There is 10 times more evidence needed to convict him. His only chance is to get a person in the Trump cult on the jury or get elected again and pardon himself, which seems impossible because it would be an act that destroyed our democracy to a point of no return with wide spread pandemonium/chaos that disrupted our ability to function as a country in many realms.  But Trump is capable of doing that. 

It would be one thing if the interpretation of his actions could be seen as he claims, his First Amendment Right. 

However, that claim is just so ridiculous based on any reasonable interpretation of ALL the authentic facts.

Only people in the Trump cult with captured brains would believe this nonsense. It's NOT even close or debatable.  

Authentic facts and evidence count ZERO for people that want to believe Trump did nothing wrong. Nothing will change their mind.........EVER!

When he loses big IN COURT, the Rs will blame it on the biased DOJ and continue to insist that Donald Trump is a victim. 

I agree, that the DOJ is very biased (in protecting Joe Biden, for instance or with Muellers investigation) but sometimes..........they get it exactly right.

The Rs are unable to tell when the justice departments gets it right and even more so, when Trump is guilty of anything.

The saddest thing is that Donald Trump is NOT the victim here.  Just the opposite. He is the biggest victimizer in US history!

The biggest victims, since the 2020 election loss by Donald Trump are the  Rs that believe his nonsense and also being victimized by the far right media sources targeting those same "want to believe" Rs with their nonsense about Trump for their ratings.

This Trump attorney raised a valid point about the media's lies but at the same time, because of his own biased agenda, he's doing exactly what he accuses the (left biased) media of doing.

Lying his arse off because he's blatantly biased. Is this not, exactly what he accused the media of doing?
