The Ds shake their heads over Rs strongly supporting the diabolical, mentally ill  criminal leading the opposition polls.

Yet seem to not fully comprehend the fact that they are not even getting a chance to pick somebody actually qualified to run against the diabolical, mentally ill criminal.

Bad Biden polls stoke third-party angst for Democrats

https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/4194581-bad-biden-polls-stoke-third-party-angst-for-democrats/

According to the survey, a whopping 67 percent of voters who identify as Democrats or lean left said that they’d prefer someone else as the nominee. At the same time, just as many voters believe Biden will ultimately nab the nomination, creating a difficult position for those helping to prop up an unpopular candidate.

Another data point also signals a potential issue: Biden is in close contention not only with former President Trump but with lesser-known candidates like former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, who led him by several points.

Other polls separately show deep dissatisfaction over Biden’s age, with the majority of voters in recent Wall Street Journal and Associated Press/NORC surveys saying he’s too old to seek a second term in office.

The anxiety over third-party campaigns has grown in tandem with Biden’s relatively poor standing.

+++++++++

The solution would be easy. Run somebody qualified. I still strongly believe that will happen if the Ds want to win in 2024.

Is this a true democracy that features the will of the people if that majority of Ds who DON'T WANT Biden to run are getting no choice from their party?

The Ds insist that its the Rs that are a grave threat to our democracy because of their perception about the results on the last presidential election. They make a great case.

However, Trump tried to overturn the will of the people after his 2020 loss but he failed miserably and is being held accountable right now. Our democracy won that particular battle!

However, Ds..........look in the mirror, man!

Your party is making the decision on who will run(an unqualified, over the hill/in significant cognitive decline unpopular person).

It's not you or Americans making this choice.

It's not just a "threat" to our democracy. It's an actual, successful subversion of it in reality taking place right under D noses who continue to see the Rs as the threat to democracy and completely miss the fact that your party hijacked your ability to choose the candidate who YOU want to run for president.

They are sticking you with somebody that you don't want according to every single poll!

Thanks cutworm!

The Rs shake their heads over Ds strongly supporting the diabolical, mentally ill (replace with severe cognitive decline)  criminal leading the opposition polls.

I stand corrected, technically, but most R's think Biden mentally unfit.

Is dementia a mental illness? When you think about the symptoms of dementia, it would be very easy to classify dementia as a mental illness, but unlike conditions such as schizophrenia and bi-polar, dementia is not an actual disease as such—rather it is a term that refers to a series of non-specific symptoms.

Thanks, cutworm.

I accept whatever either of us want to call it because we are observing the exact same crystal clear physical/mental condition based on blatantly obvious symptoms.

Even the majority of Ds, though denying an actual condition, know that the condition they deny in him,  makes him too old to be president.

Bernie Sanders is a year older than Biden and sharp as a tack with very few Ds questioning his age.

So the majority of Ds that think Biden is too old, are actually acknowledging his cognitive decline/condition.
