Yellen has a very low credibility for me.

The Fed's meddling to rapidly drive up interest rates in an inflation market driven by supply side issues from Biden's policy's (and too much money supply) was destined to have serious negative consequences.

Much higher Energy costs from green new deal schemes along with the US/NATO forcing energy/food  prices higher by having a war against Russia (doing things like blowing up a pipeline and banning Russia's products/sanctions) and causing fertilizer prices to soar to record highs from the natural gas spikes. (most of the food in our world is grown with synthetic fertilizer made with natural gas)

EVEN the NYT recognized this!

Global Food Crisis Tests Western Resolve to Retain Russia Sanctions

With a food shortage threatening to create widespread famine, Western countries face a tough choice as sanctions exacerbate the problem.

She needs to give Biden some solid advice about his fake green energy and the war on Russia schemes if she wants to make a huge positive impact with absolute positive results on the US economy to lower prices............and no need to raise interest rates so fast that it causes fiasco's in order to compensate for really bad politics in Washington!!!!

Somebody in her position can't possibly be ignorant of these realities.

The fact that she doesn't openly discuss them is an indicator of dishonest, political bias.
