I haven't looked closely for the explanation this time and will look more but in 2009, a similar siting was a Russian ballistic missile test. Not suggesting that this time but we should note that Russia's range for sending ballistic missile's is pretty global.

At Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida, a Falcon 9 rocket had taken off from Space Launch Complex 40, a media outlet reported.
The launches of Falcon 9 are already known to lead to strange atmospheric effects, the report said.
