Harvest of U.S. #corn & #soybeans is wrapping up - 91% and 92% complete as of Sunday. #Cotton harvest has advanced to average levels (had been lagging). Winter #wheat conditions are up 1 point on the week and identical to a year ago. Most wheat has emerged.
CBOT #corn futures dropped 3.2% in the week ended Nov. 9, but money managers mostly hung on to their bullish bets (net long close to 320k fut+opt, reduction of 5k). Futures are up 3.9% since then.
