Assuming Pubs hold the Senate and manage to narrow the lead in the House,   Biden won't be able to inflict much of his agenda on us.   Gridlock is usually the best thing.  Last thing we need is more laws/regulations.

These days you can't go to your mailbox without breaking some rules.  That gives the government the ability to go after just about anyone they want.  And they do.

Hillbilly Mike:  I iz happier than one of them tornaders in a trailer park to see that another feller dun appreciates my wizdum here.

I ain't sweatin it John. That other Mike has been givin me psychologimacal reality councilin.  I was gittin my hopes higher and higher and believin that there President Trump was gonna win that there election and shows all them fake news and fake polls waz nuttier than a squirrel turd but there ain't a dang thing I kin do about it.

So I iz gonna live my life the same way and love my wonderful woman and our little ones and kinfolk and prays that our great President Trump don't mess up his reputation with some of us that admires his courage, fightin that there diabolical swamp and fightin fur America and Americans.........by  being one of them poor sports the next 3 months.

And I iz still all in, like a 1 legged cat in one of them liter boxes in fightin our new President Biden on that there fake climate crisis. Them folks is lower than a snakes belly in a wagon rut and that other Mike has him one of them higher edumacations that includes watchin this here weather and climate every day, fur all of his life (and he dun goes back to when we wuz havin that global coolin scare!)

He's been researchin it to all the ways back to records of  when them dinosowers waz havin them CO2 celebratin parties cuz things was growin so green and lush in them days  with that CO2 5 times higher than we haz it.

Even though I ain't no fan of that wurd president, when it comes before that wurd Biden, I iz biten my tung and my cheek and holden my nose and closin my eyes and sayin my prayers for the feller with a congrachulations to the new president of this Great US of A.  I iz rootin for him to be makin this country even greater.

I iz back.

Maybe  one of them bolts of that climate change thunderstorm lighnin kin strikes our new president and gits him to  be seein our world thru the eyes of all them critters livin in it and beggin fur more of the elixer of life......that yummy CO2.

All them critters, that iz,  except them snakes that iz trickin us to be  thinkin  we iz killin this here greenin up  planet.

Maybe they dun invented a brand new ailment that dun kills life. If'n conditions git too good fur you all, it cauzes  you to git over-nutritioned to death.

That's it folks!  We iz gonna have us an apocolipse in less than 10 years cuz this hear planet is gittin "over-nutrioned to death" by that there best climate in 1,000 years and the best, yummy CO2 levels since us human beans, started with that Adam feller and his woman,  Eve.

I'm am wonderin if that Satan feller with the apple that cauzed them 2  to start wearin clothes haz made him a return.

Jest in case, I iz advizin folks to not be eatin no apples right now............even if'n that other Mike keeps tellin us the truth about them apple trees growing 50% faster cuz of that yummy CO2.

I am guessing that we won't have to worry very much about a Green Deal, Socialism, Fracking although the Paris Climate Accord is probably back on the table

EV, alternate fuels, elimination of fossil fuels is dead in the water. Oh some money will be thrown at EV but nothing earth shattering will happen. EV cars will sell, but in limited quantities

Higher taxes, more money printing and Federal debt

An avalanche of mortgage defaults

When will Biden hand over the reins of power to Kamala. Kamala has been very quiet of late which is a bit strange. Palace coup??

Will Pelosie clean up the feces off the streets of Ca?? I doubt it

Maybe the trade war is history and China dominates as the world power, while acting like a member of the trading nations when they buy grain, like they would have to buy any way but now they will have us believe they are living up to the terms of their deal with Trump, but Biden is so much more reasonable.

Iran, N Korea, Taiwan H.K are in danger of military aggression, but will Biden see the danger???

Will Julian Assange be sent to prison for 157 yrs??

And I will bet we will be almost exactly where we are today with lock downs, restrictions on certain business, masks and the virus will be with us forever. The virus will be eventually considered like the flue and the economy will eventually open up but it will take at least a yr to come to that conclusion

Trump should win the legal challenge in PA as the court re-wrote the legislative law, which is a Trump win on legal arguments. However, the evidence in other states, at this time seems to not be enough to change the electoral college tally. Trump needs evidence and a lot of it to win legal challenges, in more than one court.  Legal challenges will be heard about what is a valid ballot. That is the 1st hurdle for Trump to win. The Supreme Court will not act on allegations. The Supreme Court has to have enough evidence presented that are convincing enough [possibly from re-counts and valid ballot court decisions] to change the electoral college Not saying that people don't have evidence but is it enough to convince a judge or the Supreme Court. I think the battle about legal ballots will be the most important challenge, for team Trump, to win. We will have to wait on that one

Just some thoughts about the next 4 yrs, if Biden is the president and some legal thoughts

What did I forget or you disagree

I threw out a lot to disagree with

Did you notice how Biden is telling folks to stay calm. In other words no more violent demonstrations

Thanks Wayne!

When you are the winner, it's easier to have the right frame of mind and give good advice.

At this point in time, we know  several things for sure.

1. The  new president is going to be Biden

2. The extreme left is extremely unlikely to protest and riot. Trump is gone and with it, their main reason to be upset about the election. Maybe some celebrating but no protesting from the left.

3. Extremists on the right might protest. History this past year suggests they will do much less damage then the left but we will just have to see.

4. Trump is taking this very badly. He lost. He has a 0% chance of winning, regardless of legal actions and even if there was SOME voter fraud, it's impossible to imagine a scenario where it could have been anywhere close to being widespread enough to affect the results of the election. Believing in this is as bad as believing that Russia caused Trump to win in 2016.

5. What will Joe Biden do in office? Good bye tariffs on China. Hello Climate Accord and major penalties on the US. Hello higher taxes on Americans but maybe not capital gains taxes???(if the Senate can block him/dems). Hello increased immigration since this adds to the democrats numbers.

6. On COVID, look for him to promote masks but we have known to wear masks for numerous months. As always, its not the president calling the shots.............each state makes their own COVID rules, following the Constitution. When he takes over next year, COVID will probably have peaked and when it goes down in 2021, along with the vaccine(which Trump helped to push for) and herd immunity factor............we can all hear that Biden saved us...........by doing nothing.  And Trump killed all of us............by doing nothing.

7. On energy. Trump had it almost 100% right. Anything that he changes is likely to be a negative. If he listens to Bernie Sanders and AOC and follows the Green New Deal, it's going to hurt our country bad. The more advice he takes from that side and the more the dems push this agenda, the greater the damage to our economy and higher the cost of energy prices. Look for carbon/energy taxes to increase before his term is up.  Since the more clear thinking republicans kept control of the Senate, they may be able to block some of this horse manure from getting passed. However, this fake climate crisis movement is just steam rolling over everything, especially the truth, so it could get pretty far(into our pocket books and economy).
