The governor of California set up the state's rules for Thanksgiving....

Dinner must be held outside.

Social distancing at all times, in all directions.

Masks must be worn, unless you are stuffing food into your mouth

bathrooms can be used only after them being sanitized

and no singing !

**************

this comes from the same governor who recently ruled that by 2035 gas powered cars would become illegal....

on a hot summer day, the state of California does not have enough electricity to supply all its households... we are subjected to "rolling blackouts".

Californians own some 15 mill cars. Turn these into electric cars, and the "blackouts" will  be permanent and not "rolling".  Californians will have to go back to wood burning stoves.... oh wait, that won't work... our forests are ell burned down

Gunter,

What blows my mind is that California has been the strictest state of all regarding shut ins and rules but one of the worst for COVID.  LA for instance has more deaths than any other city.

And one of the reasons is pictured below. California has had the most people protesting.................and that activity has been perfectly ok.

In the picture below, we have hundreds of times more people smashed together(no social distancing) than those allowed at a  family Thanksgiving celebration this year. But this is ok.

Aerial protests black lives matter

Protesters congregate at the Hollywood and Highland intersection as demonstrations continue over the killing of George Floyd despite the dangers of the widening coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on June 7, 2020 in the Hollywood section of Los Angeles, California.

speaking of Thanksgiving, should be quite the event at the Biden household after he loses this election due to a large part of his derelict son.
