The investigation did not take place.
Witnesses so far have stated opinions based on 2nd or 3rd hand hearsay with no direct evidence of any of it.

Yes, there was some quid pro quo going on, but at a different time.... when Joe Biden ran the show. Nobody seems to be talking about the real case, and there probably won't be a trial.
