And it's only going to get more crazy.

It seems almost impossible to avoid the dems in the house impeaching President Trump. Then we go to the senate and what will happen then is when it could get especially wild because it actually matters in the senate.

The dems in the senate will obviously vote for impeachment but the focus will be on the republicans in the senate. One side will try to portray them as partisan hacks betraying the American people and Constitution by supporting  the biggest traitor in American history if they vote not to impeach. It could be one of the most divisive and politically destructive events in our country's history.

Between now and then, the newspapers and tv stations will be having blockbuster ratings with everybody tuned in for the latest..........including me.

In addition, the findings of the investigation into the start of the Mueller investigation will be released very soon.

I predict (for fun) that they will find corruption and with high confidence, whatever they find will be almost completely negated by a position from the other side insisting that it's entirely a conspiracy theory, the result of Barr inventing evidence while working as Trump's puppet(even though there will be facts that clearly show unethical and likely illegal, rights violating behavior).

On the Biden issue..............who knows, other than there won't be an official investigation and the assumption will continue to be that there was no wrong doing.

cliff will  continue to keep us informed about all the crimes that Trump has committed and will be committing................and might have committed...........and thought of committing (-:

It seems that as of today, both whistleblowers, by way of communications from their lawyer, refuse to testify, once their connection with Joe Biden and Biden's role and son, with both china and Ukraine, was revealed.. They were held over from the Obama era as CIA analyists and worked closely with Biden on the Ukraine desk

Once their partisian Bidden association was revealed they don't want to have their identity exposed, is the reason given

One name was given and asked. The person through their lawyer refused to confirm or deny

Schiffty now says neither will be called to testify

Speculation is that Pelosie thought this might happen, thus her strong argument against impeachment but the demands were so strong she finally agreed

So now once the impeachment moves to the senate, the Pubs will be free to ask and receive any documents they wish and also ask for anybody to testify. They can also issue supenea if they wish

Is there enough popcorn left in the bowl???

Actually, in a "formal" inquiry, standard rules give the pubs subpoena power and cross examination in the house.  Wish Gowdy was still aboot
