This is the strangest thing. Going back a very long time, I've always said "Old is 20 years older than whatever age you are right now"
A 5 year old thinks that 25 is old.
At 30, 50 might seem old.
At 60, then 80 seems old.
"However, when you get to be 80............ you are old!"

I will say I have learned that 60 something is no where near as old as I thought it was when I was in my 20's.
But, as the saying goes, "If 60 is the new 40, 9PM is the new midnight".
