So it seems that the CFTC is not publishing the COT report because of the gov shut down. 

I have been following this report for some 20 plus years and we have had many gov shut downs 

since then, but I never remember the report being delayed because of it. Everytime the Gov does something I think they are up to something. Interesting how it happened during an extreme vol period like this. Goldman up to no good?
