Joe Biden is a walking zombie at this event!
They let him walk, extremely unsteadily for the last few feet of the distance to the microphone by himself, then talk for 5 seconds(while the music was still playing), then Jill continued to help him walk away. This was clearly NOT part of the plan and Biden must have done it spontaneously.
2 years ago, he was actually still running for president of the United States for the years 2025-2029!
Biden will NOT be running!
