Eric agrees with the wet forecast change and market's plunge lower today. He mentions that it might get "too wet" during harvest later in the season. That "might" happen but the crop is still growing and in the past 3 decades, I have never seen a market worry about "too wet" during harvest, later in the season  in a severe drought when the crop will benefit greatly from big rains first. It's NEVER happened. 

I think tha Eric was thinking that maybe to much rain during harvest would slow harvest . That would make the 2nd corn crop late. 

A lot of if's. My dad used to say; If, if was a skiff we would all have a ride!
