If Trump is the next president, he almost certainly will try to appoint people like this for every key position he can.
People that all lie about the results of the 2020 election as well as other twisted, fairy tale/manufactured realities.
However, the Biden administration is concocting a fake climate crisis, causing a southern border crisis and manufacturing propaganda on a Ukraine war that Biden caused by using Zelensky as a puppet that was willing to sacrifice his country and people for global fame and glory based on Biden's promises that he will defeat Russia with US weapons and get them into NATO.
There are many other things too.
But the point to make right now relates to the 1000+ positions that Trump will have the power to appoint people to with senate confirmation.
If the senate is majority Rs, Trump will be seeking out very dangerous people like this guy and get most of them in.
If Trump is elected and its legal for him to do it, its very likely that he will pardon himself from the 2020 election overturning schemes convictions, despite there being 10X the evidence, including numerous key Rs ready to testify against him in court.
Rs that absurdly believe Trump was exercising his 1st amendment rights are not in the vicinity of the ballpark in understanding the truth and the overwhelming legal case/evidence against him.
He has a near 0 chance of not being convicted unless they somehow manage to sneak a far right person on the jury and even then, that person will have to ignore the Mt Everest sized pile of evidence against him.
If you think he won't be convicted based on the legal evidence then you have very little understanding of what he did and how much evidence they have to prove it WAY beyond a reasonable doubt.
I would be willing to bet my house on it!
So the serious questions should focus on:
1. When his conviction will happen
2. What will this mean to the presidency
The when is most critical.
If he can postpone the trial until after he's in office, he should be protected for those 4 years.
If Congress has a majority Ds they will do another waste of time impeachment in 1 D controlled house that fails in the other because of no 2/3rds majority.
If he's convicted BEFORE taking office in January 2024 he could be in prison when its time for his inauguration.
I would bet they would get a "suspended" sentence to be served AFTER his 4 years are up, probably based on a Supreme Court decision.
A president can't run the country in prison, so the best interest of the country would have to take priority over him serving time for his crimes.
He says he wouldn't pardon himself but there no way he wouldn't do that.
Near the end of his 2nd term, in early 2029 (which is when many presidents issue a long list of pardons) he would pardon himself as one of the last things he does in office.

Look, its not the Trump supporters that have sent e-mails, texts, and phone calls to their relatives bragging on what they did before during and after Jan 6th, that was Epps himself. But much like "certain" cases the doj and fbi are not wanting to see the light of days this one, the one coming about Pelosi, and the Biden crime family details, chances are real high that none of them ever find a honest court room, or an honest resolution.....and then those wackos on the left will come running and claim there was never any guilt anywhere except that damn Trump.
