long term rates-30 yr

just my opinion...
i see these rates dropping to just above 3% sometime
soon (in less than a year). deflation scare effect.
then we will see a reversal. and rates will then
climb to above 5%. (after people realize the fed will
stop at nothing to shove more money supply into the
economy).

of course i have been wrong many time before.

tactic. still buy gold and silver on the dips.
