Reports of mines floating free from broken anchor chains

Mines were probably made yrs ago, so weak chains over time might be true

Regardless if true or not, how many shipping co's would risk a grain vessel amongst mines that may or not be accounted for, moving grain out through the Black Sea and the rest of the route given currents will move mines to places unknown. Would take a long time is possible to clear out mines. That is a large body of water compared to ability to sweep for mines

Russian and Ukraine grain may be some yrs away from being sold to a willing buyer of food products

If loading terminals get repaired could grain  move over land.

Perhaps plan B and an expensive option, but if the world needs food,  never say never to plan B

What would you pay for food if the option of plan B is double or triple the cost

I think you would pay until you have no money

Is 10.00 wheat a bargain??? say in 2023 when Ukraine has difficulty planting their 2022 crops and wheat growing area of the USA 2022 crop might be in drought conditions

This sort of thing happens every day, when countries run out of money for food
