europe goes the way of japan

the chart here is similar to what you will find in most of europe.  france. italy.  the chart of germany looks better, only because it includes dividends.  

if you look at this long term chart,  the peak from 2008 onward looks like japan from 1990 onward.  

yes, we are facing the japanification of europe.  the trend on that chart is clearly down,  and it will go to new lows over the next 10-15 years.  europe is stagnant.  

yes, i know this has nothing to do with what it will do over the next week.  

if you ever go long europe, remember to take a profit, and do not expect it to go up much.  

you will probably do better going short rather than going long.  

just my opinion.
