I see it every morning.  3am,  just about on the nose, every day, there is a spike in volume, and it's often accompanied with a directional change.

ANyone have any ideas as to why?

That’s when Europe, primarily London, cranks up their operations. I see it regularly in the grain trading.

Thanks Much!!    I kinda figuresd it had to be something like that,  but no idea what.  It's too consistent to be chance.

I've also noticed that at 11 a.m. the futures either hit their high or low for the morning, and the same at 2 p.m. for the afternoon.
