There were some situations that required lockdowns during the peak and the health care system was being pushed

to the breaking point......and they had to flatten the curve.

However, my biggest beef was the blatant hypocrisy.

The insanely absurd claims that thousands of people, smashed together, often shouting,  many wearing almost worthless cloth masks did not spread COVID, the most contagious disease we know of during a pandemic defies common sense/rationality......while we were told to avoid gathering in groups of 10 or more.

Even today, they still pretend that the spike higher in June/July had nothing to do with the protests and contact tracers were not even allowed to ask if a person had been to a protest, to protect their civil rights. Intentionally rigging the system so there could be no evidence.

Thousands died because of this.

They continue to deceive us on the almost worthless cloth masks and instead of telling us the truth...........which is that only N95 masks work. 

We were told to save the N95 masks for the health care workers that need them(obviously recognizing that they work), then even after the health care workers were vaccinated, they kept telling us to wear the cloth masks not the N95 masks(100 million/month are being produced). My guess is that suddenly telling us the truth about the N95 masks that EVERYBODY should be using if not vaccinated, would show how badly they misled us.

Thousands died because of this.
