I am just going to take a guess

There are so many numbers

Makes my head hurt

My guess

China might be dumping Chinese steel into our market

We in turn just pass that steel into your market

If so, then this needs to stop, as it seems we do not count pass through products

China needs to stop dumping steel into our market

We can.t use it so we pass it on to you

Two wrongs do not make it right

We [Canada]need to stop china dumping of steel

Of course somebody is making $$$ with this pass through of steel

Does anybody else think it might be steel or am I on the wrong track

So if we stop China dumping steel into Canada, then things should work out the way it was intended, or is there more in these numbers

If overall trade is not correct then we do have an obligation to make it right
