China and grains

Despite the fact that SA grain prices are cheaper than ours right now, is it possible that China is trying to send the Biden administration a subtle message through the lack of grain buying?  Biden doesn't seem in any big hurry to undo Trump's tariffs and maybe China doesn't like it.

They shut off Australia over the way Australia insisted on answers about the origin of the rona.

Not sure  Jim.

China did massive , record buying late last year at much cheaper prices.

Maybe they are covered?

I don’t think we even have enough to fill their purchases on the books from earlier.
