"Since June of last year, Mexico has legalized medical cannabis, Vermont gave the OK for adult-use weed consumption in the U.S., and Canada passed bill C-45 , in the process becoming the first industrialized country in the world to legalize recreational pot. By Oct. 17, adults in Canada can legally purchase marijuana in licensed dispensaries."

It's about time.  One of my only beefs with Trump was his commitment to Sessions to prosecute marijuana violators, since redacted.  Marijuana is a medicine.  Before our pharmaceutical industry was formed, cannibis oil was found in every pharmacy in America.  The newly formed FDA outlawed it and every other inexpensive supplement that threatened the revenue stream of the industry.  It continues to do so today.  The internet has changed the public's access to information, so things are changing. Our parents thought the doctor was a god and rarely challenged his opinion.  Not at all so today with my generation.  Cannibis oil has helped me beat late stage advanced cancer.  Research with humans is really just beginning.  Israel has the lead so far.

Anointing is understood to mean to ceremonially confer divinity by smearing or rubbing with oil.

American Orthodox rabbi and scholar Aryeh Kaplan noted: "On the basis of cognate pronunciation and Septuagint readings, some identify Keneh bosem with the English and Greek cannabis, the hemp plant.”

Although other authorities identify the “fragrant cane” with cinnamon bark, Polish anthropologist Sula Benet argues that equating Keneh Bosem with sweet cane could be traced to a mistranslation in the Septuagint (the earliest Old Testament translation), which mistook Keneh Bosem, later referred to as "cannabos" in the Talmud (Judaism's Oral Torah), as "kalabos", a common Egyptian marsh cane plant.

When you examine the account of Jesus’ anointing it is described in terms of psychoactivity - it is described in terms of when Jesus has this profound experience that transforms him.

“This is a big indication of the centrality of anointing was to Jesus and his flock - that he would take the name ‘Christ the anointed’.”

The word Christ is a Greek translation of the Hebrew messiah, meaning ‘the anointed one’.”

The first traces of cannabis date back 10,000 years

Building on a history of medical cannabis research in Israel, Tzachi Cohen founded a non-profit organization called, Tikun Olam to deliver safe and consistent cannabis medicine to patients. Tikun Olam became the first provider of medical cannabis in 2005 and then made history as the first company to receive a government-issued license to supply cannabis in Israel, in 2007. Tikun has worked with hospitals, nursing homes, and co-ops to distribute our medical-grade cannabis for over a decade. During this time, under the observation of certified nurses who ensure personalized treatment plans and appropriate medicine delivery methods, we collected the data that now forms the world’s largest medical cannabis treatment database containing more than 17,000 patient records including their conditions, symptoms, strain usage, dosage and associated levels of relief and improvement in quality of life, over the years. We work with a variety of patients including the elderly and children, with conditions as HIV/AIDS, PTSD, epilepsy, chronic pain, cancer, Colitis or Crohn’s disease, depression, anxiety and much more.

Tikun Olam is the World's Foremost, Scientifically Backed, Medical Cannabis Brand.
