Today's error in voting was a 9000 vote in the hand recount....they gave Trump 13 votes and biden over 10000 in 1 county,,,supposed to be 1000 for biden...so that's 3 days in a row and over 15000 voting errors in Georgia with 156 counties to go.....you guys can look past this stuff all you want but its serious and its wide spread.

mean while we get this kind of justice in PA. A judge has declared that repub poll watches did not need to actually see the vote....although I kind of think that was their job....you guys proud of all the fraud?

also on the same broadcast Dick Morris reported that "major water main break" that stopped the counting for 3 mysteriuos hours until the repubs went home was actually a leaking toilet...don't shoot the messenger just relaying reports

mcfarm,

Where are you getting this information from? That never happened and they will be done with the counting later today.

Here are the facts:

"Going into the count, Democrat Joe Biden led Republican President Donald Trump by a margin of about 14,000 votes. Previously uncounted ballots discovered in four counties —Douglas, Fayette, Floyd and Walton — during the hand count will reduce that margin to about 12,800, Sterling said."

It's over in GA.

The 1 in 100 chance that I mentioned earlier in the week to flip GA is now...................it's over.

well MM I have to admit I got it from the evening news...although the journalist we depend on today could not find their way out of a dark room they live in. And by the way, where did you get those "facts" .....find it interesting your facts are to be swallowed whole with no debate. Are you mocking those who do not want fraud in our elections just like the media? Does not sound like you MM, if so I am surprised that you would tell someone to shut up and obey.

This all sounds exactly like the Russian collusion, stealle dossier right down to calling 1/2 of us deniers of some sort. Again why insist this or that is over when its anything but until the electors meet dec 14th?

From yesterday:

Another Georgia county has uncovered 2,700 missing votes, Secretary of State’s office says

https://www.wsbtv.com/news/politics/another-georgia-county-has-uncovered-2700-missing-votes-secretary-states-office-says/5W734FA755CK3NCR4P7A27DXVM/

ATLANTA — The Georgia Secretary of State’s Office says another county has found missing votes during their audit of the ballots in the presidential race.

This comes as Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has started firing back after more than a week of criticism from President Donald Trump.

Raffensperger says it was the president’s own attacks on absentee ballots that cost him the election in Georgia.

“He would have won by 10,000 votes. He actually suppressed, depressed his own voting base,” Raffensperger said.

The Secretary of State said some 24,500 Georgia Republicans who voted absentee in the June primary, didn’t vote in the general election.

Raffensperger told Channel 2 investigative reporter Justin Gray that the president cost himself the election here.

“Those 24,000 people did not vote in the fall. They did not vote absentee because they were told by the president, ‘Don’t vote absentee it’s not secure.’ But then they did not vote in person,” Raffensperger said.

The deadline for the statewide audit is Wednesday at midnight.

Of the votes that are now being added to the total, 1,577 were for President Donald Trump, 1,128 for Joe Biden and the rest were for Jo Jorgenson or write-ins. That changes the margin in the state by under 500 votes. with Biden now leading Trump by 12,929 votes.

Fayette is the second county to report an issue with missing votes. On Monday, Floyd County uncovered 2,600 votes that were missed during the initial count on election night. The Secretary of State’s office said it was human error and called for the elections director in the county to step down. An investigation has been opened in the county.

Those votes changed the margin by about 800 in favor of President Trump. The margin was similar in the Perdue-Ossoff race and will not affect the runoff, Secretary of State Official Gabriel Sterling said.

Wait until then to accept it then.

We still welcome your thoughts and posts here always but don't be offended when  I make corrections needed to wrong facts and do reality checks.

If legit evidence of tens of thousands of votes coming for Trump is found, I hope to be one of the first to post it.

Just like I will correct those who claim that we have it.....when we don't.

Was there fraud? Probably.  Errors?  Definitely.  Enough to change the outcome?   Still doubtful based on verified available info.

Here is the latest from 1 hour ago:

Georgia expected to release results of Trump-Biden hand recount

The former VP is leading by about 14,000 votes and NBC has projected him as the winner.

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2020-election/georgia-expected-release-results-trump-biden-hand-recount-n1248234

"Going into the hand tally, Biden led Trump by a margin of about 14,000 votes. Previously uncounted ballots discovered in four counties during the hand count will reduce that margin to about 12,800, Sterling said."

"Other counties found slight differences in results as they did their hand counts, and state election officials had consistently said that was to be expected.

The Associated Press has not declared a winner in Georgia, where Biden led Trump by about 0.3 percentage points. There is no mandatory recount law in Georgia, but state law provides that option to a trailing candidate if the margin is less than 0.5 percentage points. It is AP’s practice not to call a race that is — or is likely to become — subject to a recount."

Georgia certifies election results, making Biden win official

https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/526858-georgia-certifies-election-results-making-biden-win-official

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger certified the results of the state’s presidential election on Friday, making President-elect Joe Biden’s victory there official after a days-long hand recount and ongoing efforts by President Trump to sow doubt in the election results.

“Numbers don’t lie. As secretary of state, I believe the numbers that we have presented today are correct,” Raffensperger said at a press conference. “The numbers reflect the verdict of the people.”

The vote certification came less than a day after the results of the hand recount confirmed Biden’s lead in Georgia, giving the president-elect a 12,284-vote edge over Trump and making him the first Democratic presidential candidate to win the state since 1992.

Biden was declared the winner in Georgia and the overall presidential race earlier this month after amassing a clear Electoral College majority. But Trump has so far refused to concede the election and has continued to propagate the false claim that the results were tainted by widespread voter fraud and systemic irregularities.

metmike: There are several ways to take this.

1. Biden supporter tuned into the realities and knew already that it was over..............no news.

2. Biden supporter that was worried and believed the wild speculation about enough voter fraud to change the results...................good news.

3. Trump supporter that believed the wild speculation about enough voter fraud to change the results...............really bad news.

4. Trump supporter tuned into the realities that knew already what the results would be...........no news.

So expectations of the news define how we react to the actual news.

When we expect something to happen and it does.............it's mostly no news.

When we hope for something to happen or hope for it to not happen based on believing things that tell us what we want to hear/read  and the opposite happens...........we are disappointed.....or delighted if we feared the worst.

We will never censor respectful opinions here, especially those that disagree with me.

I have choices in those cases.

1. Don't respond to the post because I'm too busy or don't have a strong opinion or for any number of other reasons.

2. Respond if I think there is another side to that post/point.........especially if I disagree and think the other side should get most of the weighting.

Trump Campaign Blames Venezuela and Chavez for Electoral Defeat

                                                                         https://www.telesurenglish.net/news/Trump-Campaign-Blames-Venezuela-and-Chavez-for-Electoral-Defeat-20201119-0012.html

Trump administration's legal team—represented by Sidney Powell, the attorney for Trump's first National Security Advisor who was caught lying to the FBI, Mike Flynn—held a press conference Thursday in which she accused late Commander of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chavez, along with Cuba and China, of "communist interference" in the 2020 U.S. presidential elections.

Based on the testimony of "one very strong witness"—an unnamed Venezuelan source, purportedly an opposition military defector once close to Chavez—Powell falsely claims that Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic, two electronic voting system companies involved in the U.S. elections, used technology created in Venezuela under the direction of Chavez in the U.S. presidential elections.

Powell claims that Chavez supposedly had the technology created to ensure he would never lose an election after the recall referendum in 2004 led to an allegedly unwanted result. The witness whose affidavit was submitted in Lin Wood's plea in Georgia on behalf of the Trump campaign was, according to Powell, with Chavez when the late leader saw how the voting technology operated to "make sure the election came out his way, which was the expressed purpose of creating this software."

Powell then makes the jump to allege that this witness, upon learning of Biden's widening advantage after mail-in and early ballots were processed in the week after November 3rd, knew that the same thing had happened in the U.S. elections as had occurred in the Venezuelan referendum more than 15 years earlier, purportedly due to Smartmatic technology.

While Smartmatic founder and CEO are indeed Venezuelan businessmen Antonio Mugica, and Smartmatic's election technology has been used in Venezuelan (as well as Brazilian, Belgian, Chilean, Estonian, British, U.S. numerous other) elections, there is no active partnership or ownership deal between the firm and Dominion Voting Systems, according to AP and statements released by both firms.

Dominion, whose technology is used for voting and vote tabulation in over 30 U.S. states, including the contested races in Michigan and Georgia, has been the target of a barrage of false claims from the Trump campaign in an attempt to discredit the election results, including now that Dominion somehow has deep ties to Venezuela.

Smartmatic, an international company, founded by Venezuelans and incorporated in Florida, has clearly stated that it does not use Dominion software or technology. Dominion has said the same about Smartmatic.

According to Eddie Perez, a voting technology expert at the OSET Institute, a nonpartisan election technology research, and development nonprofit, there's no reason to believe Dominion has ties to Venezuela, nor a partnership with Smartmatic.

In the U.S. presidential elections, Smartmatic only provided technology and software to Los Angeles County, and not to any of the battleground states whose vote the Trump campaign has questioned or challenged to date.

Furthermore, in an open letter signed by 59 election security specialists released November 16, it was confirmed that that is "no credible evidence” that the 2020 election outcome was altered by exploiting technical vulnerabilities.

This is the term that I learned:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_gap_(networking)

"An air gap, air wall, air gapping[1] or disconnected network is a network security measure employed on one or more computers to ensure that a secure computer network is physically isolated from unsecured networks, such as the public Internet or an unsecured local area network.[2] It means a computer or network has no network interfaces connected to other networks,[3][4] with a physical or conceptual air gap, analogous to the air gap used in plumbing to maintain water quality."

metmike: I knew the computers in this election were "air gapped" already but not the term. This is one reason that I knew that Russia did not hack into our computers during the presidential election in 2016, which many on the losing side insisted 4 years ago.

So we did the hand counted recount in Georgia. It proved that  a sneaky computer algorithm had not been used to affect the results.

There were a few mistakes that changed the separation of votes  between Trump and Biden but they were a tiny fraction of what would have been needed to change the outcome.

I'm very glad they did the recount in GA, even though I thought the chances of it flipping to Trump were 1 in 100, others did not agree with me and it was perfectly legal and absolutely required for us to hold our voting systems accountable, so that frauds and cheaters are rooted out and prosecuted.

The chances now are 0 in 100 in Georgia.

Here is the entire Trump election fraud news conference from yesterday. I listened to the entire thing from all 3 speakers.

Sounds convincing but we need more substantive evidence that would affect many tens of thousands of votes.

We've known forever that there is fraud going on.

Trying to use the real evidence of small numbers, then extrapolating/amplifying it to 100 times greater with speculation is not enough for me.

If that evidence shows up, we will post it here ASAP and I know that you guys will help.

This is not the DOJ, where a small number of people can control the outcome and cover it up with nobody above them.

To accomplish this over all these states would have required many hundreds of people complicit in the fraud.

Since we have some huge reward money being offered for legit info on fraud, they should be coming out of the woodwork to get their dough by testifying to the truth.

Think of that. Getting paid a ton of money.........for just telling the truth.

MM..  Seems you've glossed over a few pertinent issues.

I see no acknowledgment from you regarding the Pa State Legislatures presser where they requested explanations from Dominion and Domuinion refused/lawyered up. AS I said, that proves nothing in and of itself,  but it raises questions, at least for me.

There are allegations that multiple districts had 2-300% voter turnout in multiple swing states.  Seems it should be easy to prove/disprove.  Lets see. But recounts would count the same ballots without question. Thats how recounts work.

As you likely know,  I am quite familiar with the term "Air Gap",  but there are allegations that there were people on site modifying software/data and that the software had inherent "functions" to alter votes.  Again,  we'll see.

There's more,  but for me,  these are the biggest.

These charges are so outrageous that someone has to/will "die" for them.  We'll see.

" Seems you've glossed over a few pertinent issues."

I welcome you continuing to tell me what I am missing, Tim.

Like you said, they/this should be easy to prove and that's all I want. I was for the GA recount.

It's over now in GA.

I am for  other recounts or other actions that  provide evidence and force the system to prove that the results should stand in other states.

Since there is zero substantive  evidence so far that fraud affected the outcome (just words) and its been well over 2 weeks, my belief that any such evidence is going to show up shrinks by the day and it was already tiny.

I love to bring up the fake climate crisis as an example of me not believing everything we are supposed to believe because the mainstream sources tell us its so.

But in that case, as an atmospheric scientist,  I can show you conclusive evidence of:

1. The planet greening up massively.

2. Crop yields are soaring higher and droughts are not increasing. Thanks to climate change.

3. Sea levels are only increasing at 1 inch per decade.

4. It was this warm before several times previously(I have over 100 scientific, peer reviewed studies/papers) with humans on the planet. Before climate science was hijacked, scientists referred to those periods as climate OPTIMUMS.

5. The wildfires were not caused by man made climate change.

6. The global climate models are almost doubling the observed warming. They are busted.

7. The optimal temperature for most life is probably around 2 deg. warmer than this. The optimal CO2 level for life on this planet is clearly more than double this.

8. Polar bear numbers have increased 30% since 2005, they are not being threatened by climate change.

9. Violent tornadoes have plunged lower not despite climate change but because of it.

10. Heavy rain events/flooding has increased(the atmosphere holds 6% more moisture than it did at 1 deg. cooler).

11. Heat waves have also increased slightly, mainly in the highest latitudes. The coldest places have warmed the most, especially during the coldest times of year.

12. The intensity of some hurricanes is likely a bit  stronger because of the 1 deg. C warmer oceans. This years record number of named storms, however is more from the La Nina(reduces wind sheer in the Atlantic) and multi decadal Atlantic Ocean oscillation still being favorable. But the warmer ocean is a factor.

I  continue to show you tons and tons and tons of data and authentic evidence to support all of that and more above.

On the voter fraud, all I want is something close to the same standard.......... REAL or LEGIT evidence that shows indisputably that enough voter fraud took place to account for the difference in votes between Biden and Trump.

I saw the same thing about PA that Tim posted

I also would think the Trump team of lawyers  made enough public allegations against Dominion that law suits of slander would be in order. After some research, I discovered a Co. or individuals, or both, can sue for slander

One would think with the millions at stake for Dominion, selling their machines in countries all over the world, they would want to protect their reputation. If their reputation is destroyed or even questioned, that amounts to millions in lost revenue

The question remains, will Dominion sue to protect their reputation

The fact evidence has not been forth coming. Is it possible the Trump team is working as fast as they can to present the correct evidence in a court of law. Remember, you need to present evidence a court of law will accept. This takes time. I know from our small operation it is unbelievable, how much time is involved, just to get every thing that needs to be dotted, correctly, signed, witnessed etc to be a legal document

Just saying, maybe the Trump team wants to be heard in the Supreme Court against Dominion, but what do I know

They will also need team members to defend against a  possible slander suit

One question:  If the Democratic fraudsters, who are lurking everywhere and in many states, are so good at cheating, why didn't they win the Senate?  I mean, if you are going to risk jail time, why not go for control of government rather than just settling for gridlock.

The silence by most Republicans regarding this farce is reprehensible.  It is like they are saying with their silence just let him have his way a little longer.  Like letting a child have a tantrum and then giving in.  Meanwhile trust in Democracy continues to erode.

Trump attempts to persuade state legislators to submit electors to reverse the vote of the people?  There is no bottom for this man!  Holding my breath for what he will try next.

We shouldn’t  forget that Clinton did the same thing 4 years ago.

Only they  got Jill Stein to make the formal/legal requests......as if it mattered to her.

That way Clinton didn’t look like the sore loser that she was.

Trump not only sounds like a sore loser, as usual he uses no tact and makes unsubstantiated claims of fraud  with no evidence.

He has the right to legally challenge the results and ask for recounts. Like Clinton, he should do this. However, what he should absolutely not do is continue to insist that he won, got cheated and widespread fraud stole the election from him.........without the evidence.

If they had the evidence, they would be showing it. They are in a battle to win public opinion. You win by showing evidence not continually claiming you have evidence but not showing it......unless that’s all you have right now.

It’s not over until December 15 but they are either bs-ing about evidence and will look very bad in the end or for some strange reason are not showing it, which would be a mistake because people who want to keep believing them are losing faith.

They claim that they will be showing evidence in court.  This is not at all unusual. Ever hear parties in an ongoing legal battle say "No comment while the litigation is in process"? Judges actually don't like it when you show your evidence pre-trial in a dog and pony show. BTW, public opinion stopped mattering Nov 3rd.

Let them have their day in court.  If they are making all of this up,  they are gonna get sued unbelievably.  Dominion will be first in line and will have an open and shut case.  I'm surprised as heck they haven't threatened litigation already.  Surprisingly silent in the midst of all this..

And PJ,   I don't know why they didn't take the senate, if there was fraud.

As the Trump lead grew thru election nite they had to halt the vote and did so. Documented in several places. Who will ever forget the fake water main break in Georgia. Then they knew how many votes they would have to make up. The problem was and is the repubs did so well across the country in elections at every level. Federal judge dismisses Trump campaign Pennsylvania lawsuit

https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/21/politics/federal-judge-dismisses-trump-pennsylvania-lawsuit/index.html

CNN)A US District Court judge Saturday dismissed a lawsuit by the Trump campaign trying to invalidate millions of Pennsylvania mail-in votes in a significant loss for the campaign.

Though the case was always extremely unlikely to succeed, President Donald Trump's backers and legal team -- and particularly his personal attorney Rudy Giuliani -- had pinned their hopes on the federal judge in Pennsylvania giving some credibility to their suspicions of fraud and entertaining Trump's attempt to overturn the popular vote for President-elect Joe Biden.

But Judge Matthew Brann, a longtime and well-known Republican in Pennsylvania, refused.

This was essentially the last major case seeking to throw out or block enough votes that could swing a key state in Trump's favor, and Brann's decision on Saturday is the 30th loss or withdrawal of a case from the Trump campaign and its allies since Election Day. There have only been two wins in court, about very small numbers of votes.

"Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters. This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated," US District Court Judge Matthew Brann wrote Saturday.

Brann went on to admonish the Trump campaign lawyers for not presenting factual proof for seeking to invalidate so many votes in the key battleground state.

"One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens. That has not happened," Brann added. "Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence.""In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state. Our people, laws, and institutions demand more," the judge wrote." At bottom, Plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to state a claim upon which relief may be granted."The counties in the state are scheduled to certify their election results on Monday. The judge said any further consideration of this issue "would unduly delay resolution of the issues" regarding certification. This is a breaking news story and will be updated.

Trump Lawyer Sidney Powell Promises ‘Biblical’ Lawsuit in Coming Days

By Jack Phillips

November 22, 2020

https://www.allsides.com/news-source/epoch-times-media-bias

"Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell on Saturday said that the president’s lawyers will file a lawsuit of “biblical” proportions, alleging that some elections officials were embroiled in a pay-to-play scheme with a prominent manufacturer of voting software.

“We’ve got tons of evidence; it’s so much, it’s hard to pull it all together,” Powell told Newsmax. She didn’t provide or elaborate on the evidence."

“Hopefully this week we will get it ready to file, and it will be biblical,” Powell asserted, adding that “it’s a massive project to pull this fraud claim together with the evidence that I want to put in.”

Powell said that voting system’s algorithms provided Democrats 35,000 extra votes, although she didn’t elaborate. She added that Democratic candidate Joe Biden’s votes were “weighted” at 1.25 times while President Donald Trump’s votes were parsed at 0.75.

The longtime lawyer and former federal prosecutor also alleged that there were modifications to some voting machines after the legal cutoff for changes.

Powell also said that some governors may have engaged in a pay-to-play scheme to use Dominion Voting Systems—one of the Trump campaign’s chief targets in recent days. “Georgia is probably going to be the first state I’m gonna blow up,” she claimed, accusing Gov. Brian Kemp of engaging in a pay-to-play scheme.

However, the chairman of the Federal Election Commission, Trey Trainor, has repeatedly said there was voter fraud in key states.  “The massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place,” he said during an interview with “Just the News AM” on Friday, while suggested a lack of transparency

The questions raised by the Trump campaign in recent days is “very important for the legitimacy of the presidency,” Trainor remarked.

Last week, Powell told Fox Business that she will prove Trump’s voter fraud case within the next two weeks or so.

“We have evidence now of information from the systems going to three or four different foreign countries during the time of the election, those countries themselves could have watched the live votes come in and changed the numbers,” said Powell. “There’s significant evidence of foreign interference from the worst communist countries on the Earth with our election.”

metmike: Several things that she stated make no sense, especially that last paragraph. How could this possibly been accomplished??? It sounds exactly like a play out of the playbook from the other side to bilk the American people into thinking Russia hacked our computers and interfered with the 2016 election to cause Trump to win. Only this time, the  worst communist countries on the earth did it.
