Some time ago I posted we would either have an R or D

Then I posted we would be in recession for two yrs

At the time my thoughts were toward a recession for two yrs

After watching congress with the stimulas bills, bail outs, unemployment numbers, bills not being paid etc

I am now thinking a depression is more likely, if not already baked into the economy

I see no way the economy just bounces back after this extended lock down

This will have ripple effects on so much of the country, that a normal recovery is impossible

Eventually it all comes back to the lender who in most cases is the banks, and the business employer, and the gov't and yes most house holds

So then what?? A bail out of the banks, more business bail outs, extended worker payments??

We can't let the country go BK, because the revenue just up and disappeared

No matter how I look at it, the economy can't return to normal in a month, two months, ??some will never get their job back

Congress has started this bailout frenzy and once started can not stop or some body is going to holler to high heaven they were treated unfairly

Every budget in the country is already blown out the window, state, local, federal, banks, households, employers

Our consumer economy just won't be able to return to normal, in a short enough time to avoid disaster, plus how do we deal with an increased deficit??  I will bet you in two yrs or less we have a 30 trillion deficit, plus a vastly increased Fed sheet, plus high unemployment plus???

I am sure I missed a lot but:

Massive printing, plus high unemployment, plus massive deficits will end in a depression

This is a one two three gut punch that is so large we can't deal with it

I don't think the world can deal with a one two three gut punch

Does anybody think we can avoid a world depression and why??

IMHO

no way the economy will bounce back that fast? Welcome to the Pelosi/schumer wet dream. Not only hurt Trump but by the time big gov get finished with killing our record economy and stuffing every bill with socialist bailouts in the trillions they will think they  have won the lottery and think they will every election for decades......
