I wonder why, so often, the left leaves half the statement out of an argument.  For example, the "illegal" part of illegal immigration..  Or in this case, the main point of Giuliani's argument..    Prosecution of the president is a congressional responsibility.  Not sure I entirely agree with the statement/claim,   but the argument can be made. The entire statement amounted to, "He could shoot Comey and not be indicted,  but he'd be impeached immediately" ..

But,  when the logic and facts don't back you up,  I guess you have to rely on half truths.. or admit you are wrong.

Something you have trouble with on a regular basis.

Sorta like there is no evidence of collusion.  There is no evidence of collusion.

There you go.   Two halves make a whole, right?

Stick a "yet" in there, someplace.

Better yet----stick it where the sun doesn't shine.

And then of course, when all else fails,  you'll see something like this....

You like to focus on the unimportant part of a post, and ignore its purpose and intent.  That is typical behavior of those who cannot make a counter argument.

Check with the resident therapist to verify my diagnosis.

Ohhh,  were you somehow debating the point I made?    LOL

Yes.  But you failed, once again,  to recognize that.  It is a behavioral flaw found in many people.

I bet our resident therapist is on call.

Well,  let's review..

1.) Mojo claimed that Rudy said Trump could shoot Comey and not get indicted.

2.) I said that's only half the statement.  He said he would not get indicted, he would get impeached.

3.)  You said,   and I'll quote directly...

"Something you have trouble with on a regular basis.

Sorta like there is no evidence of collusion.  There is no evidence of collusion.

There you go.   Two halves make a whole, right?

Stick a "yet" in there, someplace.

Help me out here.

When did collusion enter this discussion, prior to your mention?

What exactly does your comment (quoted above) have to do with congressional powers of impeachment?

TIA.

Collusion didn't enter the discussion.  Omission of the word "yet" entered the discussion, and was omitted, in similar fashion as you accuse mojo of omitting part of the Giuliani/Trump quote.

Your diversionary tactic failed--once again, pastor.

But keep trying.  Some sycophants just eat up your flailings.

Hmm,  so,  where would you suggest I add the word "Yet" in my above statement?

Predictably irrelevant .  Thanks for the consistency.

Consistently deflecting comes to mind regarding your relevancy.

"Check with the resident therapist to verify my diagnosis."

vandy,

I have been greatly flattered by you recognizing my abilities as a psychotherapist and thank you much for being my favorite patient.

Unfortunately, I will have to retire from providing free personal analysis because the position from which I stood on was the assumption that my patients were neurotic, obsessive, narcissistic or suffered from some other mental flaw.

As  a moderator that is compelled  to treat everybody the same, it would be unacceptable for me to judge anybody in any way and completely unaccepable for me to exploit patients by revealing the diagnosis of their mallody on a public forum. This would be an extreme doctor-patient violation.

OK, that is truly unfortunate, because tim new could really be helped immensely by your diagnosis and treatment.  And Lord, does he need help.
