Funds made mild changes to CBOT positions in the week ended July 9.
They bought #corn & soyoil but sold #soybeans, #wheat & soymeal.
They also bought #hogs for the first time in 7 wks.
The net corn long was 187,168 fut+opt contracts as of July 9, and funds have bought more since.
The largest change relative to the position was in Minne #wheat fut+opt - funds sold 3.5k contracts thru July 9 to move to a net short of 12,291 contracts. Also pictured here are K.C. wheat, soybean meal, and soybean oil through July 9.
