Maybe Trump can tweak NAFTA to improve our position.  He talked about it in the beginning but then seemed to move onto China.  He is trying to reduce our deficit ultimately. China, having the biggest net  trade surplus should be our primary focus but all trade agreements of the past decade need to be tweaked.
