What is causing the sudden migration surge at the border?

You can find numerous articles, maybe the majority of them blaming Trump as crazy as it sounds for the incredible surge in people invading our southern border.

Why are so many migrant families suddenly arriving at the U.S.-Mexico border?

https://www.azcentral.com/story/news/politics/immigration/2019/03/29/why-so-many-migrants-suddenly-arriving-u-s-mexico-border/3314514002/

There are numerous things going on and lots of explanations, some that make sense but none of them explains a spike higher of this magnitude.

A sudden, powerful organized effort by some entity(s) would explain a spike like this.

The historic pattern below, does feature a seasonal bump higher in 4 of the 5 previous years at similar time frames but nothing like this. .............like somebody opened a huge door or was using propaganda/assistance to convince so many more people to suddenly leave their homes.

An increase from 58K to 103K from Jan to March, for instance and so much higher then anything for the previous decade was not because of a change in conditions in Central America which is the main reason for people wanting to get out of there.

I'll bet there's more to the story and we hear about it in the coming months.

I believe it's because somebody in their home country is telling them that it's easy to get into the US, and that they welcome you with all kinds of assistance (especially when you come with kids).

They are being taught what buzz words to use when applying for asylum...."we are escaping from violence and persecution", "if we go back we will be killed"

And when they talk to a US reporter "we don't want hand-outs, we want to work" (of course, when Mexico offered them asylum and jobs, not one of them took the offer)

Furthermore, the word gets around that somebody is handing out free debit cards to the migrants, while they are on the road, so that they can easily take care of their basic needs while on the road.

Furthermore, they also have heard stories of migrants violently trying to breach the US borders, and nobody ever gets shot.

As has been pointed out numerous times (on alternate news sites), the so-called globalists are trying their best to destroy both the European civilizations, as well as the US.

The name George Soros pops up at many places suspected of fueling these mass-migrations (both here and in Europe).... as well as the UN.

IMHO, all this explains the increase, and I predict it will get a whole lot worse.

Mike,

If the link is correct, which may or may not be so, then this rush to "beat the deadline" will in short order come to an end as those who want to migrate have done so and those who want to stay put, stay put.  Like I said, it may or may not be true.  Kind of like a deadline for a changing tax law or any law.  Take cash for clunkers as an example.  A rush for cars and then a significant fall off.

Gunter,

Globalists don't want to destroy civilization, but anti globalists sure are keen on destabilizing the current order of things.  Putin loves it.  As US - European ties are broken, Europe becomes weaker.  And as European unity is broken, Russia's relative strength nets gains.

And the stuff about Soros masterminding all of it is pure garbage with not one iota of evidence linking him to any scheme.  Please stop.
