""Full House” actress Lori Loughlin and 15 other parents were indicted Tuesday on a new money laundering charge in connection to the massive college cheating scandal that has implicated dozens of wealthy parents, coaches and college administrators across the nation. "

Yeah, wealth can buy privilege, but 40 years for non-violent crimes? Gimme a break!

All we get are stories about the celebrities who paid the bribes, but how about the coaches and college administrators who took the brides ?

Whose crimes were worst?

I completely agree carl.

A rich parent is going to do everything in their power to help their child to get ahead. They will bent or break rules, if those enforcing the rules are not vigilant or even worse the gatekeepers that have control of the system provide opportunities for them to manipulate the rules to their advantage.

I would hope that they would use these serious felony charges against the parents to get their testimony against the gate keepers, the real unethical entities using the system and parents like this  for a living,  in exchange for adjusting the charges against them.
