For the week, net imports were about 4.4 MMB & storage was up  6.5 MMB. First time I've seen that balance, and don't expect to see it often.

Consumption was down to 19,114/day, bringing the years average down to level with 2018. The prior week was 21,838.

Not that one week's oil report ever moves the market.
