oil 30 year cycle

oil hit lows in 85 and 88,  then bounce up and spiked in 1990.

the drop down from 2014 to the recent low looks eerily similar to the drop from 84 to 88.  (back then, from about 30, down to above 10).  the last few years from over 100,  to under 50.

we should see oil rise a little then spike around the year 2020.  but not have any huge sustained rally.

for example , oil had substantial tops around 1950,  1980, and 2010 (give or take a couple years).   so we should not see the next massive top until sometime around  2040, (if this pattern holds).  after a spike around the year 2020,  oil should be stuck in the 50 to 100 range thru most of the 2020's decade.

remember a bigger cycle, can throw this off by many years.
