From Watts Up With That/Anthony Watts:

https://wattsupwiththat.com/2019/01/27/inverse-hockey-stick-climate-related-death-risk-for-an-individuals-down-99-since-1920/

Climate related death risk for  individuals down 99% since 1920

estimates* the reduction in deaths.

The data is from the most respected global database, the International Disaster Database.

"Bjørn Lomborg writes on Facebook about some new and surprising data that turn climate alarmist claims upside down.

Fewer and fewer people die from climate-related natural disasters.

This is clearly opposite of what you normally hear, but that is because we’re often just being told of one disaster after another – telling us how *many* events are happening. The number of reported events is increasing, but that is mainly due to better reporting, lower thresholds and better accessibility (the CNN effect)."

Best climate for life on this planet, especially humans since the Medieval Warm Period, 1,000 years ago,the last time that was this warm.

Since the world population has quadrupled in the last century, the graph on the first page should be recalculated using deaths per million people..........which makes the plunge even more impressive:

Yet we hear claims like this(from one side): From WUWT:

"DOOM! “…the world is gonna end in 12 years if we don’t address climate change” says Ocasio-Cortez"

https://wattsupwiththat.com/2019/01/21/doom-the-world-is-gonna-end-in-12-years-if-we-dont-address-climate-change-says-ocasio-cortez/

"From the “anything goes when the media regurgitates every word you say” department comes this latest insanity from a woman who isn’t making any points among thinking people. Of course, we’ve heard these sorts of doomsday forecasts before, notably from doomster Al Gore who also said we have 12 years."
