Just thought I would let you know a cover up in gov't expenditures of tax dollars can happen in any country

Seems as if the USA is constantly being accussed of misuse of tax payer funds

Well you folks are not alone                                             Canada's gov't was sued by an americian truck Co. for improperly awarding:  "A contract to supply millions of dollars of trucks to the canadian gov't". The americian Co. sued and won the court case.

Canada was ordered to pay for lost profits and other legal etc costs.

But the canadian gov't refuses to release the amount of tax payer dollars we will have to pay.

The reply was it would be included with other expenses on some kind of report. What a cover up that is

I just skimmed the article, so I hope I have the gist of the story more or less correct.

 So:

In future when your gov't is pilloried for mis spent tax dollars, you are not alone

 Our gov't won't even own up to how many dollars we are on the hook for

What can you say?? Are all gov't corrupt??? Engage in cover up orother nefarious things??

Just thought I would let you know canada is not so squeaky clean as that famous red uniform, mounty picture we like to portray
