Lar, don't tell me that I have to go to Australia to find some acts of kindness and decency ?

Living in a retirement home, I'm privileged to be able to do little acts of kindness for some of the residents who are not as  fortunate as me. Their "Thank you." and looks of genuine appreciation on their faces is more reward then I need or require.

I am not looking for a pat on the back, but looking for payback for a life of mostly taking.

Berky,

Agreed - it doesn’t matter where. It shouldn’t matter to who kindness is shown, it shouldn’t matter from who.

Sure, most every culture has the selfish and predatory. Most all people in almost all cultures are kind and reciprocal and just want to get along though.

We are all better when pulling for each other when we can. It’s not about the humanity of those in need - it’s about our own. That is what’s at stake.

Thanks for the video man.
