Pretty much out of high school. 4 year hitch.  Trying to get my head around the 45 years  :-)

Amazing how time flies Tim and it accelerates as we age. 

I also graduated from high school in 1974. 

Thank God that we have been so blessed to be living at such a wonderful time in human history. 

Even if  I had died 30 years ago, my life would still have been enriched with many more wonderful things than  previous generations could not have even dreamed about.

My Dad, born in 1925, has seen about as much technological advancements during just his life time than all the previous human technolocal advancements for the previous 5,000 years. 

He still remembers watching the Detroit, JL Hudson Thankgiving parade in downtown Detroit(as a spectator on the street-he never had a tv growing up) as a young child. There were a group of Civil War veterans at the end of the parade instead of Santa Claus.
