The south east is getting a ton of rain, but the lower mid-west is bone dry.  Now that the numbers are in the books and a new growing season is upon us, let the weather market begin.

The first weather scare is Argentina. The second might be delayed planting in the lower Mississippi valley. Not to mention no rain in Texas panhandle region since early October.

The D3 from the panhandles is about to meet up with the 4 corners.
Is there a way to trade on irrigated vegetables ?

It looks like California will has drought this year again.
