If you were told a pulled pork sandwich was from a pig in a herd with ASF, would you eat it?
I only purchase such product from local BBQers, who purchase from local stock. However. There is more and more import meats coming from other places. If the meat is cooked to a minimum temperature, or well done, most organisms will have died. For those who like a rare steak, too bad.
