The article seems to mainly concentrate on GB. But I have no doubt that it will be the story of other countries, in the time ahead. Most especially those countries that have allowed unfettered immigration of muslims into their country.

Perhaps the European drought is a factor? Agricultural output is an important part of any economy. If farmers have money they'll spend it.
