When I was a newbie, I used to brown bag my lunch and walk over from my back office clerical job to the trading room and sit next to this guy who was really good at trading.   He was Japanese - American and spoke with a thick accent.  "Buy wet, sell dry" was his refrain.... This post is not about grains.  It is about S&Ps.

Just as the market was a sell on the good news about trade over the G20 weekend, now we are under pressure due to the arrest of the Chinese executive.  My hunch is that Trump will release her back to China to avert an escalation in trade war.  And the market should get a lift from that.  I don't trade on hunches but if I were short (I'm not) I would cover here.   (fading the headlines unless they represent a major shift)
