You've had plenty of help over the years, but it seems you don't acknowledge information until it complies with your preconceived notions.  This defense mechanism makes it very difficult.  In other words,  you are likely beyond help. At least of the sort you may receive on an  internet chat site.

May I suggest you seek more professional help on a one to one, face to face basis? If you are unable to afford such help, there are plenty of government agencies that offer counseling on a sliding scale, or as is likely in your case,  free.
