This stems from a heavy infestation of stink bugs and a leaf disease called  frog eye. We are allowed 2% damage at the terminal. Anything above is graded and docked on a moving scale above. On the other hand when we deliver rally high test wt corn or dry corn the terminal laughs and says "thanks sucker".... as ?Truman and JFK and few others have said the farmer is only one who pays retail, sells wholesale and pays the freight both ways. Not that todays dems even remember who those 2 were.
