The EIA historical storage spreadsheet goes back 8 years. The biggest withdrawal before this month was 267. The last 4 weeks were 206, 359, 183, & 288 - 1036 total. Working storage is now 2296. Sure, it's been cold, but this is exceptional.

It looks like the long term glut is over, at least at $3.

 Actually, the highest draw before this incredible month was -287 (1/10/14). 2nd highest was -285 (12/13/13).
