2016 – The U.S. and China, together responsible for 40% of the world's carbon emissions, both formally joined the Paris global climate agreement.

That one goes into my Hall of Fame for being noteworthy...........for numerous reasons.

1. It's one reason that I voted for Trump

2. The US has been decreasing emissions for a decade, China has doubled theirs and is allowed to continue to massively increase their CO2 emissions thru 2030 under the Climate Accord agreement as well as India.

3. CO2 emissions are entirely beneficial

4. The past 40 years, has featured the best weather and climate on this planet in the last 1,000 years.

5. The Climate Accord agreement would not effect climate. It's just a transfer of money from the developed/rich countries to the undeveloped/poor countries.

Carbon Dioxide Fertilization Greening Earth, Study Finds

An international team of 32 authors from 24 institutions in eight countries led the effort, which involved using satellite data from NASA’s Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectrometer and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer instruments to help determine the leaf area index, or amount of leaf cover, over the planet’s vegetated regions. The greening represents an increase in leaves on plants and trees equivalent in area to two times the continental United States.
