https://www.fxstreet.com/news/us-real-gross-domestic-product-increased-at-an-annualized-rate-of-42-in-q2-2018-201808291232

A whopping readjustment of .1 percent.

  •  The acceleration in real GDP growth in the second quarter reflected accelerations in PCE, exports, federal government spending, and state and local government spending, as well as a smaller decrease in residential fixed investment.

  •  The price index for gross domestic purchases increased 2.3 percent in the second quarter, compared with an increase of 2.5 percent in the first quarter.    (A decrease of .2 percent

   •  The PCE price index increased 1.9 percent, compared with an increase of 2.5 percent( A decrease of .6 percent ).  Excluding food and energy prices, the PCE price index increased 2.0 percent, compared with an increase of 2.2 percent.( A decrease of .2 percent ).

Huge tax cuts and increased government spending with an economy that had already been growing (if slowly). Of course GDP would accelerate.  As my old boss used to say "Anyone can give it away." What happened to all the conservatives that were so outraged with Obama's deficits? Blinded by the clown it seems.

"largest tax revenue in history thing"

mc, it's in quotes, so it would be helpful if you give the source in the same post.
