I’m just learning about this random tweeter named Stephanie Boyle, a Jewish American. The fact that she’s clearly not an anti-Semite and is Jewish adds a lot of credibility to these two tweets:

I don’t want to hear anything about our suffering or diluting the true meaning antisemitism in the face of disagreement. For my people whining in the back, there is no greater threat to Jewish people than the actions of Bibi Netanyahu & his right wing government.

And in another tweet she says this:

This Haaretz article is horrific. No humans deserve this treatment. Never again means never for anyone. What they are doing is anti-Jewish. Judaism has been hijacked by Bibi’s right wing government. This is disgusting.

This echoes what MetMike has been concerned about regarding new hatred for Jews in general resulting from (though not justified obviously as anti-Semitism just like any group based hatred is never justified) Bibi and his far right wing coalition’s way overly aggressive war decisions killing numerous innocent Palestinians (including many women and children) in Gaza.

People continue to ignore what these protests are mostly about. The cause is a good one.........NOT the antisemitism part.

Antisemitism is an abhorrent crime and there is NEVER an excuse for it. But protesting the war in Gaza is the right of citizens and its a good, ethical/humanitarian cause.

Bernie Sanders, who is Jewish has been saying it best!

Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders is one of the most high-profile Jewish officeholders in the United States. He's also emerged as one of the fiercest critics of Israel's ongoing war in Gaza. Sanders has urged the U.S. to end financial and military support for Israel.

2,400 Jewish scholars say 'not in our name' on arrest of Palestinian activist

(RNS) — The letter declared that its signers will not voluntarily collaborate with federal immigration enforcement or the Anti-Defamation League, which supported the arrest of Columbia University protester Mahmoud Khalil.

Jonathan Feingold, a law professor at Boston University and a signer of the letter, said: “They don’t all share the same perspective on conflict in the Middle East, but are deeply concerned about the way in which Jewish identity and antisemitism continues to be instrumentalized by bad faith, anti-democratic forces that now are either themselves part of the Trump administration or being platformed by it.”

Trump Hosts Netanyahu at White House, Reiterates Plan to Expel Palestinians from Gaza

Apr 08, 2025

President Donald Trump welcomed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the White House Monday, where Trump repeated his call to permanently expel Palestinians from the Gaza Strip. Speaking to reporters from the Oval Office alongside Netanyahu, Vice President JD Vance and top Cabinet officials, Trump called Gaza “an incredible piece of important real estate” that he wants the U.S. to own and control.

President Donald Trump: “Well, you know how I feel about the Gaza Strip. I think it’s an incredible piece of important real estate, and I think it’s something that we would be involved in. But, you know, having a peace force like the United States there controlling and owning the Gaza Strip would be a good thing, because right now all it is is for years and years all I hear about is killing and Hamas and problems, and if you take the people, the Palestinians, and move them around to different countries — and you have plenty of countries that will do that — and you really have a freedom — a freedom zone.”
