It seems obvious that Trump brought him back to make the Ds pay a price for using him to represent their cause.
Be careful of what you wish for because you might just get it!
Now, Trump can say he followed the Supreme Court AND he gave Garcia due process (for a 2nd time).
Its very likely they are confident of a guilty verdict and a ruling by a court that he be deported (again-1st time was in 2019).
This will be Evidence that Trump was right and the Ds were wrong and taxpayers had to foot the bill for Trump to prove it.
Trump definitely wants to keep the attention on this guy.
He represents exactly the type of people that Trump claims he’s deporting, even though Garcia, in reality represents somebody that should have BEEN DEPORTED A DECADE AGO AND GOOD RIDDANCE, GET HIM OUT! While the VAST majority of immigrants are very good people.
The Ds made a catastrophic mistake by choosing him as the face for the innocent, wrongly deported immigrants.
Then continue with all sorts of spinning that turned him into a good person THAT WAS NOT HIM!
Sort of reminds me of the spin on Joe Biden they got busted on.
According to them, a year ago, President Biden was at the top of his game. Now they want us to believe that Garcia is the type of immigrant that we want in this country.

I’m glad he now gets his proper due process. I suspect he’ll be found guilty and then redeported based partially on your posts, which would be fine with me if that’s the case.
Interestingly, Trump claimed this return wasn’t his personal decision but rather the Justice Dept’s decision though the Buck is supposed to stop with the President of course.
