Do not know if it was purposeful or not but you miss the obvious reason for the investigation. All pres give stupid pardons. The reason for the investigation was that Biden did not know where the hell he was. Some lakey did the pardons and now the new info is that these pardons where sold for cash. That auto pen might of put someone in jail had he been an aid to a conservative

Biden has no clue who he pardoned or why and a aid has got the money and they are releasing nothing of who in the hell signed the pardon....because we only know one thing for sure ....Joe Biden did not operate the auto-pen or know where the hell he was.

Biden had major cognitive losses, however the MAJORITY of time he was functioning ok.

When they are tired or compromised, unlike a younger person that has cerebral reserves, their cognitive functioning completely drops off a cliff. And its not like a younger person that will have gradually less functioning as they get more and more tired.

A person with dementia, can be doing fine all day, then they get tired and suddenly, its like somebody flipped a switch in their heads from on to off.

Biden was likely on meds to treat this as well as other treatment from specialists. This likely helped.

Funny thing is that when he gave his State of the Union speech to prove his competence earlier in 2024, just reading from a teleprompter, I knew for sure they had given him a high dose of some sort of stimulant or dementia meds.

He was reading that teleprompter so dang fast you could hardly understand him!

His handlers and his doctors were extremely aware of this and they tried to manage it as best possible.

They did a great job at hiding it and protecting him but he had a huge, embarrassing sundowners moment during the June debate with Trump. ...............and the rest of the world that was denying it or was clueless realized he was suffering with dementia.

Since Biden was not impacted by sundowning most of the time(and well aware of everything around him and able to communicate ok much of the time), its nonsense to claim that he didn't know about what was being signed with the autopen. This is a such a galactically ridiculous position that will go nowhere because its such nonsense to clear thinking people.

Back to Biden.

A president needs to be the president 24 hours a day.

Not from 8am-6pm on most days, then on some days.........sundowning into the land of confusion and completely unqualified to be the president of the United States.  Which means that he was unqualified PERIOD!

The audacity of them insisting a year ago that Biden was ready for another 4 years.

I would contend that she is recommending legit pardons in addition to the ones that are not legit based on Trump's personal criteria.

Any pardon that this lady recommends is very likely to be based on solid reasoning. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she can't be bought.
